Sebastian Stieler is excellent musician and has done a solid job here. He is multiinstrumentalist playing bass, piano, guitar, drums and he also sings and he can compose and arrange the music. His musical knowledge is invaluable. Sebastian's team is a big part of the good live music rating here. He played solo sets on piano, was a part of the Jazz Night with Orchestra and was covering for Orchestra's piano player. He can scheduled to cover any situation if needed. Sebastian is familiar with all Company policies, Time and Attendance is always in compliance. The room for improvement is still in his organizational skills.

Strength #1: Very good musician with vast music knowledge and studio/recording knowledge.
Strength #2: Sebastian has great ears. He picks up new styles fast and absorbs them into his playing.
