- Drive and execute regular Sales and Operations planning activities amongst the Supply Chain, Sales and Manufacturing consisting of consensus demand planning, manufacturing capacity and network optimization and inventory optimization
- Manage monthly forecasting process, interact with internal as well as external stakeholders to understand demand forecast drivers, follow-up with all participants to ensure that actions agreed in the forecast reviews are completed in a timely manner
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
- Provide forecast accuracy reports, analyze trends and identify opportunities for improving the accuracy of future sales forecasts

- Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and utilize the company’s productive capacity
- Manage inventory turns to improve service and minimize aged/obsolete inventory

- Develop concepts for an optimized material staging, material flow and direct delivery processes, including warehouse structures and systems as well as technical equipment for material staging and transportation
- Create layout plans or optimize existing
- Design strategies, how logistics systems can be more efficient by implementing Lean tools such as JIT, JIS, Kanban, milkrun etc.
- Develop new methods and standards for supply chain processes
- Oversee the implementation of all actions

- Responsibility for one of the three distribution channels – stock level control, ordering process (timeliness and lot sizing)
- Weekly availability and demand volume reports
