Plant Program Manager
Achievements:
• Delivery of biggest program - major business program for coming 3 years- Daimler new C Class (with budget 10mlo € )
• Member of CTM – “Core Team Management”
• Define project scope together with OEM customers and final price negotiation

• Define potential transfers - Analyze production in different location; within customer strategic planning
• Lead different cross-functional teams from different intercultural sides (India, China, Brazil, USA and Europe countries)
• Plan and manage transfer programs from different locations between: Europe; APAC, NAFTA and South America.

• Second transfer- MHN electrodes production from Belgium to Poland –
o 1,5 months in Belgium; Size of the team involved in project ~30 people
