Achievements
• Lead transfer project - electrodes production from Belgium to Poland used in SON, HID lamps (lamps for streets; highways; sports stadium; shops and others).
o Transfer of the production-line from Belgium to Poland was done in 2 phases – timeframe 9 months;
o time period in Belgium 4,5 months. Size of the team involved in project ~40 people
• Second transfer- MHN electrodes production from Belgium to Poland –
o 1,5 months in Belgium; Size of the team involved in project ~30 people

Responsibilities
