- new customer acquisition - manufacturing sector; customer requirements analysis and advice on appropriate lean management tool application, case studies exchange
• creating visual management tools, experience in process management visualization
• good professional relation with production companies in Poland, HR departments, production managers, Lean Managers, experience in direct contact with top and middle management
• sound knowledge of characteristics of production in major companies with foreign capital
• paid numerous visits to a number of production companies and observed the work on the production floor (Toyota, Volvo, Whirloool, Autoliv, Takata, GKN Drivline, Autoliv, Wabco etc)
• creation of active telephone campaigns in Enova CRM (advanced level), management and consequent performance thereof
• supervision over the quality of customer relation in a 4 person team
• high sales skills, focus on sales target achievement
• planning, organization and effective project management
• deciding on preventive actions to be taken in case of sales threat
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing or consulting.
