PMO Specialist
Responsibilities:
* providing service for the international bank related with project management activities, supporting IT infrastructure modernization within the bank;
* supporting project managers on daily basis;
* creating and validating reports;
* data gathering, processing and analysys, tracking and interpreting data trends - preparing status reports for the project;
* keeping track of milestones, KPIs, SLAs;
* updating data in eXtract system
* identifying, monitoring and escalating possible risks, issues and dependencies within the project;

* operating with fixed assets in SAP;
* processing creation and amendments of assets, internal orders, WBS projects in the system
* running and operating settlements in SAP;
* investigating and resolving issues on accounts
* operating in the Blackline system;
* preparing reports - weekly, monthly, for audit purposes;
* providing high quality customer service and projects maintenance; working closely with stakeholders and client
* performing monthly audits

* backuping and assisting team in tough cases, issues
* working closely with senior management
* identifying potential risks and escalating to appropriate manager (leavers, new comers, risk related with the team performance)
* monitoring motivation of team members, their strengths/weaknesses
* monitoring client satisfaction of team members
* responsible for team spirit; creating positive atmosphere at workplace
* ensuring personal developmnet of team members; providing feedback
* organising team meetings and f2f discussions - daily, monthly
* preparing reports on performance, operations, data;
* reporting and escalating urgent queries
* conducting monthly audit for team members;
* training new personnel;
* taking active part in calls with managers and clients
Responsibilities as an account handler:
* providing service for the international bank (outsourcing);
* dealing with clients, brokers, underwriters from the United Kingdom and India through phone and email on a daily basis;
* operating with commercial insurance policies;
* processing data in the systems: IMS and COGEN (Eagle Star);
* issuing cheques; requesting telegraphic transfers, cash transfers; generating e-statements; collecting and allocating funds; taking payments by credit cards through SPS and Solve Centurion Portal; processing write offs, ISAs, transfer journals, cash advancements;
* providing high quality customer care and query management on a daily basis;
* preparing and analyzing reports
* escalating and resolving issues
