Analysing technology market to deliver solution that reduce cost ob branch installation and running.
Cooperation with 3rd party system suppliers to ensure that all business process is supported efficiently.
Cooperation with 3rd party services suppliers to ensure that all business process is working effectively and cost efficiently.
Ensure that all operation and technology activities are compliance with CitiFinancial standards and practice, Citigroup regulation, local law regulation.
Operational/Technology support during new credit product launch ( Home Equity , Secured Cash Loan )

Management of Consumer Operations including Loan operation/ Customer Service/ Phone Sales Support
Support during business implementation in cluster courtiers (Slovakia, Romania, Russia)
Responsibility of migration operational functions to independent units from 3rd parties suppliers ( Loan Operation, Customer service) to reduce unit cost and increase process efficiencies. ( 25 % cost reduction)
