• Management and leading of major 2G/3G Mobile Radio Access Network, CORE and VAP/VAS – value added services platforms sourcing projects.

•Direct reporting to Managing Director
•Sale of logistics services and added value services to Operators and MVNOs
•MVNO project management (evaluation of MVNO needs, looking for essential opportunities for both parties, processes and ideas proposal, implementation, contract negotiations, contract evaluation and further service level control)
•Managing of logistics processes within company, warehouse and logistics staff and KAMs responsible for MVNOs and Operators day to day business relationships.
•Coaching and mentoring to all employees
•Budget planning and management within scope of responsibilities and duties
•Ensure business plans realization, control and assurance of required resources to fulfill plans and deliver particular goals.
•Participation at fairs, conferences, workshops concerning MVNO business and active presentation of company profile and business concepts.
•Development of added value services for potential customers (Telco Operators and MVNOs)
•Assurance proper and efficient IT interfaces implementation between BPPL and customers to reduce complexity and efficient information flow.
•Managing umbrella concerning cooperation with courier companies, customs agencies, Customs Office, security agencies and Property management.
•Change management in the organisation in accordance to ERP system change and implementing SOX compliance procedures and processes.
•Monthly and quarterly reporting of logistics performance and MVNO & Operators market situation in Poland
•Take part in European business projects
•Active business development initiatives taking into consideration cost awareness and business profile targets

Procurement / Sourcing Manager
•Management of indirect materials procurement in BAT Polska S.A. factory in Augustów. Scope of responsibility within indirect purchases: services and materials, which do not have direct impact to the finish goods produced by factory ie: investments, machines, spare parts, maintenance and other range of services, heating oil, chemicals for quality control, office and warehouse equipment and many, many others.
•Change management in the factory as regards the procurement responsibilities, processes and duties according to the best procurement practicess and organisation policy with use of innovative purchasing methods
•Managing the strategic procurement sourcing projects
•Managing and optimalisation of all procurement processes in the organisation starting from identification of need up to suppliers management to achieve added value for the organisation.
•Controll and egzecution of proper procurement processes on all responsibility levels according to the internal rules and procedures developed by Procurement dept. like: Tender, Contracts Procedures and Suppliers Management and others (like: EHS, ISO,), regional and global policy and Polish low.
•Developing and implementation the most cost effective purchasing process to achieve lowest total acquisition cost and balance the requirements of internal customers, procurement and audit
•Ensure full cross-functional commitment to strategies through communication, education and evaluation of initiatives of all Procurement Team
•Managing the group of Buyers
•Negotiating the commercial terms of cooperation with strategic suppliers
•Supervision under the contracts signing and their realisation from the commercial point of view
•Developing and implementation Service Level Agreements with contracted suppliers to promote an environment of continous improovement and innovation
•Manage the risk
•Developing and establishing of innovative cooperation modules with suppliers (VMI, SRM)
•Colaboration with Global & Regional procurement and other OpCo’s (Operational Countries) as appropriate to ensure BAT OpCo’s costs benchmark favourably
