Production Manager
Reporting to the manger of the company and responsibility for:
* direct management of a group of three area managers
* immediate supervision of a group of 85 employees
* supervision over the production process
* introduction and improvement of the company’s production system
* participation in creating the vision and strategy of the enterprise
* participation in setting up and improving core processes of the company
* implementation and improvement of quality guarantee systems
* ensuring stable and high level of the quality of products
* planning and executing budget
* planning and supervising the realization of investments
* cooperation with other departments in order to realize the policies and goals of the company
* efficient use of human and material resources
* the reduction of production costs
* planning goals and reviewing the results of the area managers and getting them involved in their tasks
* the identification of training needs

* realization of the production objectives in the supervised sector

Reporting to Engineering Manager and responsible for:
* liaising with Product Generation Team on transferring new product to manufacturing process (Poland, Krosno, damper plant)
* developing manufacturing process and production tooling.
* making up process documentation
* cooperating with various suppliers to elaborate conception of machines and tooling
* drive ongoing operational improvement, product quality improvement, and cost reduction projects
