Specjalista ds. zakupów projektowych/ Project Buyer
Handling different variety of products: braking system, solenoids and hydraulics.
-achieve supplier QCD targets and execute S&P actions in each project (CRP and WPCP);
-estimate and validate material and tooling costs in project PEAR;
-align product and commodity technology roadmap for the best commodity and specification of the BOM components;
-deploy Commodity sourcing strategy for project components including make or buy;
-organize and fully comply with pre-sourcing and sourcing committees;
-execute and analyze with cost models Requests for Quotation addressed to suppliers (RFQ),
-lead supplier negotiation with involvement of Commodity Buyers;
-agree with Commodity short term benefits within supplier nomination;
-perform total cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase;
-prepare and negotiate supplier contracts together with Commodity Buyers;
-schedule and coordinate the prototyping of tools and product samples;
-generation and tracking of CRP ideas concerning the supply base and collection by product group;
-ensure all CQP phases closure on time; track and communicate suppliers QCD KPI’s in projects (target cost, CQP, PPAP RFTOT) with immediate escalation (through Red Box and Single List of Issues) to Project Manager and functional leader in case of deviations;
-handover projects to Value Streams and Commodities and support until “Release team” gate review;
-supplier tooling management for projects (xCDP and CRP); ensure usage of lessons learned in all project phases;
-comply with WABCO and Sourcing & Purchasing rules and policies;
-improve processes in collaboration with S&P Business Improvement Team.

Project buyer
-Send out request for quotation and benchmark according to the Bidder list,
- analysis of quotations, request feasibility form from the supplier, finalize price negotiation,
-tracking of due date for sourcing decision,
-supplier nomination process,
-initiate tooling order (if needed),
-execute tooling kick off meeting with the supplier,
-set up contracts, change management during the project,
-solve delivery problems,
-negotiate and track tooling modifications,
-hand over parts to logistic.

-annual price negotiations,
-regular Benchmarking initiatives,
-definition of targets towards to the suppliers,

- feedback to suppliers/ proposals/ VA/VE.

-localizations,
