I am employed at the German Headquarters office in Wetzlar near Frankfurt am Main, I am operating from Poland, covering the following countries:
Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ex-Yugoslavian States (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia&Hercegovina etc.),Caucasus Region (Georgia,Armenia), Mongolia.
I am also responsible for Ireland, Iceland, Andorra (Western Europe)
My role is business development in the region measured by sales results.
From April 2014 I hold the postion of a General Manager CEE. I manage all aspects of the business in the region.
Business divisions: Medical (neurosurgery, ENT, opthalmology), Life Science Research (confocal, in vitro fertilisation IVF, nanotechnology) and Industry.
Creation of a sales team locally in North Eastern Europe and development of a network of distributors.

Employed by UK office in Bracknell Berkshire, my role is strictly business development in CEE region which is a new territory of activity for Baxa. I introduce Baxa to a number of "emerging markets", search for opportunities and find partners for mutual growth.
Baxa Corporation focuses on the needs of hospital pharmacists – from the pharmaceutical company to the patient, by facilitating the handling, packaging and administration of liquid medications.
We provide absolutely most sophisticated and technologically advanced in a global scale automated solutions for parenteral (i.v.) feeding as well as solutions for preparations of cytotoxic medications (not limited to)

As Business Development Manager I was identifying most efficient ways of promoting and sales of Selvita's portfolio and was looking for new areas of activity.
The activity was within B2B sector addressing services and products to innovative pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO companies.
Selvita delivers comprehensive solutions to customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry targeted at lowering the cost of introducing innovative compounds to the market.
The areas of Selvita's activity included:
target-based solutions – advanced protein modelling solutions
drug discovery – custom in silico library construction
lead generation – optimization of lead compounds
contract synthesis and syntheses paths optimization
information technology for research projects
We also ran our own compound projects in oncology (novel kinase inhibitor) and CNS (schizophrenia, cognitive impairment) in a pre-clinical stage.
