• Support in negotiations re. rules and conditions for business continuity back-up for media and infrastructure between investor, local government and providers
• Preparation of presentations, business offers, sector’s statistics and macroeconomic reports
• Preparing and pronouncing judgement on legal acts related to investment lands, investment development and Special Economic Zones
• Trainings and creating structures in Municipalities for further Investor assistance units
• Managing meetings and business visits
• Cooperation with subcontractors

• Winning and assisting new investment projects
• Property management: managing a property teams, liaising with both tenants and landlords, visiting properties and carrying out inspections, collecting references for potential tenants, ensuring that all site operations are in compliance with established Companies policies and procedures, ensuring that properties are properly maintained, ensuring that services are delivered to agreed timescales and KPI's, arranging for the collection of rental or sale conditions, monitoring and enforcing the terms of selected agreements, negotiating terms and conditions of cooperation with media providers
• Preparing investment offers (greenfield, brownfield and greyfield), sector’s statistics and macroeconomic reports
• Strategic activities planning in terms of fdi (foreign direct investment) new location/relocation/business extension on Lower Silesia
• Ensuring proper and timing reporting process
• Monitoring and maintaining several continuous, parallel investment location/relocation projects at one time
• Ensuring timing materials and resources delivery to the stakeholders
• Analysis of national and global trends in specific sectors
• Creating, updating and maintaining regional database of resources for investment projects
• Direct, investors engagement, managing meetings and stakeholder expectations
• Organization of study visits in selected locations
• Organization of conferences, economical missions and b2b meetings
• Maintaining regular cooperation/communication with national and international business partners and stakeholders
• Team management and cross competency management experience (8 persons: 3 regular tam members, 5 supporting functions)
• Coordinating business reviews, resolving business issues and monitoring check points
