Supervision and preparation of shipping documents. Making accounting corrections on customer's and Bank's account. Processing (booking and verification) of orders received from other teams (interest on deposit, charges, others). Preparing reports and statistics. Responsible for solving the IT problems. Being a mentor for newcomers, preparation the training schedules, preparation and managing the training materials. Lean project implementation. Awarded with the Best Improvement of the Year 2011 award.
