Supported several departments with data analysis, reporting, accurate and timely information on stock levels and movements using Sage 200 and custom Excel reports. Created advanced report in Excel (based on SQL query) that improved visibility of 'free to sell' stock. It affected sales increase. Daily workload contained following tasks:
- Creating reports and data analysis based on SQL queries to Microsoft SQL Server RDMS (familiar with SELECT, JOIN, Pivot, CTE, Derived Tables statements),
- Liaising with external partner on creating customized Sage reports as required (using Report Designer and Crystal Reports) - amending reports when as required,
- Using advanced Excel functions on daily basis (vlookup, pivot tables - familiar with Power Pivot Table, basic VBA skills).

Solely responsible for day-to-day running ecommerce business.
- Analyzed expenses, logistics, fulfillment and sales to achieve optimal revenue.
- Researched and implemented new approach to business operation - introduced order fulfillment process – significant costs cutting solution.

- Sole responsibility for running day-to-day operation.
- Organized logistics operation (warehouse and office) in Poland for Staudt Enterprises GmbH.
- Improved services provided by previous logistics operator (Arvato Pratteln), by adjusting it to company’s needs and for lower costs.
- Located, organized and equipped warehouse and office space. Tested and sourced appropriate Inventory Management system. Liaised with tax advisers and accountants.

- Created custom Excel reports (based on SQL queries) for Sales, Credit Control and Finance departments as required.
- Prepared monthly sales analysis and travel packs for directors.
- Created monthly international sales and team performance reports for Export Sales team.
- First point of contact for few international customers (B2B).
