• Oversee daily operations for the Business Units: Poland, Czech/Slovakia, Hungary, Romania/Bulgaria
• Create local strategy that supports the regional and global strategy, communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees

• Monitor 3rd party merchandising agency costs
