Currently working in the IPA of the migration of the rating system from RTBS to ComverseOne RT. Collecting business, functional and technical requirements of our current solution and presenting them to the vendor and, by this, enabling the vendor to propose a solution and a migration plan.
Responsible for analysing and validating the presented solution in both, viability and performance, areas.
Any new feature which our new rating system contains has to be considered as well during the migration plan since it could be used in the future. This could lead us to remove, change or create new customizations.

- As Part Leader, I am responsible for the management of a multi-cultural development team that is spread over different locations. This team develops several projects and I am responsible for the resource and task allocation as well as managing conflicts, recruitment of new resources and monitor and report progress of all projects. Employee evaluation and setting goals are also included in my responsibilities.

- As Project Leader, I am responsible for the whole Development Life Cycle (Requirements gathering, project plan, estimation, deadlines and costs as well as technical feasibility, documentation and description).

- I am developing in C/C++ for Linux and Windows for ARM and x86 environments.

• Collecting requirements and features from the installed CCBS system and analyzing the new features of Comverse One in order to generate the IPA documentation. Performing cost estimates, time scheduling and test-plan management for the migration. Analyzing customizations in order to port them into the new system.
• Performing CCBS (RTBS and Kenan FX) application support for a new 3G mobile operator in Poland. Analyzing production problems and proposing solutions for the existing problem as well as determining how to avoid the re-occurrence of those problems.
• Environment building by performing installation of new releases, patches and software. Analyzing performance, quality and delivered features of the whole implementation. Ensuring that the delivered configuration of Kenan FX meets the customer requirements and performing backward compatibility analysis.
• Create documentation of all solutions to be used as a knowledge base for the Billing Operations team to perform their monitoring daily tasks.
• Design and develop monitoring tools to be used by the Billing Operations team for their monitoring tasks.

• Collecting requirements from the client, analyzing them and proposing reliable solutions (including creating new configuration, using pre-existent modules or, developing new modules) for the implementation of Kenan FX. Performing cost estimates, time scheduling, test-plan management and release management. Writing extended documentation describing the developed solution.

• Analyzing requirements and describing the functional and technical solutions. Performing viability and impact analysis on proposed solutions. Writing extended documentation describing the developed solution.
• Working with configuration of products, packages and all configurations necessary for the client.
• Programming with Oracle 8, PL/SQL, Oracle OCI 8, C/C++ (Visual Studio and C++ Builder) for Windows 2000/XP and HP-UX 11.0 in Warsaw – Poland, working on the Kenan/BP system for Telekomunikacja Polska. The development includes creating an extended version of the Kenan/BP core API, the complete development of a new customer care interface for the Kenan/BP and the development of several UNIX batch modules.

• Collecting requirements from several clients, analyzing them and proposing reliable solutions (including changing existing configuration, creating new configuration, using different modules or developing new modules). Performing cost estimates, time scheduling, test-plan management and release management. Deploying user guide and administration documentation. Writing extended documentation describing the developed solution. The role could also include performing unit or system tests.
• Programming with Oracle 8, PL/SQL, C/C++ and ProC in several operational systems (UNIX Solaris/HP-UX and Windows NT/2000/XP), working on the Kenan/BP system for the following clients: Intelig, CTBC, Embratel, GVT, Digitel, Bell South Peru, British Telecom, among others.

• Software design, development process and programming of client-server applications using C/C++ and Assembler x86 in C++ Builder and Visual Studio. Development of web applications using ASP, PHP, JavaScript and HTML in Microsoft environment (Visual Interdev, IIS and SQL server).
• Development of SIS (Subsystem of Installation and Security) for the 2000 electronic elections at TSE.
• MssData (Internal ERP system developed for intranet use).
• SAM (No Modem System) installed inside Caixa Econômica Federal in the whole country (approximately at 10.000 machines).
