• Ensuring that the team provides the high quality service to the client within the agreed timelines and according to the process
• Logistics coordination of trainings in Europe, Asia and Africa and building strong relationship with the client and 3rd parties (facilitator management, room booking, arranging room set up and accomodation, ordering training, reusable and expendable materials, ordering catering, creating PO)
