- Responsible for the Recruitment across Germany for Headoffice in Düsseldorf
- Resource, headhunt, select, screen and interview candidates, then represent them and TJX throughout process for specific vacancies and talent pooling
- Revise and review best attraction methods and tailor searches accordingly
- Effectively manage and update database and track all applications to completion
Roles: all roles in Buying (Associate Buyer, Buyer Womeswear, Menswear, Accessories, Home, Shoes), Merchandising (Assistant Merchandiser, Merchandiser Manager), Store Trading Manager.
