• Responsible for managing the database for the referrals made as well as ensuring timely feedback to the referee
• Acting as point of contact for all the communication made to promote feedback as well as queries pertaining to employee referal policy

Recruitment Coordinator

• Coordinating on phone, inperson and Skype interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
• Maintain recruitment MIS record information is up-to-date.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates.
• Working closely with other coordinators (Social Media, Vendor Management, Referral programmes) to constantly update the process and timely feedback accordingly.
