Lean Implementation Manager reporting to Finance and Accounting
Senior Global Process Manager responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining long term continuous improvement programs (CIP) into GBS Hub & Spokes

• Provide strong support to operations to enhance process operations efficiency, effectiveness and compliance followed by its further standardization.
• Facilitate LEAN projects from an idea to realization, coach CI project leads and ensure compliance with the methodology; coach project leaders whenever necessary
• Introduce Kaizen into operations, work with management to stimulate on-going continuous improvement ideas identification and implementation
• Support Hub & Spokes management in embedding and driving CI culture into the organization
• Together with operations management ensure successful improvements are rolled out across operations as applicable
• Establish metrics to keep track of CI goals realization leading Improvement Kata and Kaizen pulse meetings
• Ensure that Swarovski Standards regarding Project and Process Management are applied in the GBS Hub & Spoke organization
• Propose enhancements and developments to the applied methodology and toolkit to ensure it's anchored in/ Swarovski methodology and standards
• Build up and expand knowledge repository regarding CI tools and methodology

* Manage the transition of processes to shared service center
* Responsible for the overall oversight of accounting activities, financial reporting, statutory reporting and internal control environment for entity
* Plan and preparing transition projects ,
* Monitor the progress of migration and acquiring knowledge,
* Ensure the quality and properness of the processes documentation,
* Identify potential areas of risk and improvements among migrated processes,
* Ensure proper process acquisition on the side of SSC,
* First point of contact for the customer during the migration project.
