- Maintaining and controlling inventory level and inventory pricing in timely and accurate manner
- Assisting in sourcing of product collaterals
- Developing, managing and monitoring shipper reporting so as to identify exception that can be proactively managed to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer orders
- Reviewing and ensuring invoices from vendors are matching services/goods purchased
- Creating and providing regular forecasts of inventory needs to vendors and internal groups
- Placing purchase orders at vendors for particular goods and recording those in Peoplesoft and SAP systems
- Providing training to other team members if needed
- Creating and maintaining internal process documentation
- Taking active part in new project as a SCM representative and making sure that end to end logistics process has been established in proper manner

Projects:
- MVNO (mobile) and Dual Play (Broadband) introduction in FR and UK – reviewing and providing
feedback on Business Requirements and Solution documents as per SCM perspective. Attending project meetings, revising test scripts and conducting initial tests with shipping 3rd party. Documenting internal processes, resolving issues and preparing “workaround” process where required.

- Leading a team of 5+ individuals and acting as a first point of contact
- Replacing Supervisor when needed
- Providing feedback on personnel to supervisor where necessary, conducting job trainings to new hires, organizing and attending weekly meetings.
- Working with rejected orders, identifying common rejection issues and proposing process changes in order to eliminate these
- Providing support to Order Management Analysts
- Responsible for ensuring all provisioning files have been sent out to third parties and have been responded to within agreed SLAs
- Maintaining system and procedural knowledge
- Representing Customer Activation department in projects independently, ensuring proper testing, process changes and documentation is prepared for the department

Project:
- Dual Play (DSL and Voip Bundle) – representing Customer Activation during the project design phase, attending project meeting, reviewing and providing feedback on Business Requirements and Solution documents, conducting internal test in line with test scripts, close monitoring of BETA launch, reporting and resolving issues that may occur during testing phase.

- Independent analyst in the Provisioning department - for Fixed Line products as well as DPS (Voip)
- Analyzing and resolving connection issues/rejections within ACN’s internal provisioning system
-Taking the lead in escalations and reporting of provisioning issues to the Network System Providers in case of emergency activations and de-activations and to ascertain the status of customer orders
- Assisting the line manager with any specific tasks and providing him with accurate figures
- Coordination with other departments concerning any provisioning issues
- Supporting Senior Order Management Analyst when needed.

- VoIP – main areas of responsibility: porting process (in porting and out porting), ensuring that all orders are correctly processed in the system
- Providing assistance during migration of systems

- Supervising, coordinating and maintaining on a daily basis, the levels of service agreed with and expected by the customer (SLA or equivalent documents) while keeping a constant focus on improving the performance of the services provided
- Working with raised Incident in internal system, participatng in meetings concerning higher priority incidents and escalating to appropriate parties
- Root cause analysis preparation if needed by the end customer
- Updating the hardware and software inventories in accordance with asset management processes, participate in service status meetings of the delivery organization, providing information and analysis related to the services delivered to the customer

- Analyst within Provisioning department (Customer Activation team)
- Working with activation rejections and resolving these in timely manner
- Proactive approach to resolving issues concerning activation process
- Processing DPS inporting and outporting requests and placing orders in 3rd party's systems
- Supporting Senior Order Management Analyst and Supervisor when needed

Projects:
- UK WLR 3 Migration project – attending project meeting with internal project team and 3rd party project support team, revising provisioning solution documents and documenting all internal process.
