Business Segment Business Processes Improvement Manager
Mondi Corrugated Services GmbH
- Ensure Competitive Advantage in our overall Business Process & IT Toolset,
- Defining and implementing adequate Key Figures within all Business Processes for the Business Segment and drive for effective usage and awareness
- Responsible for Organizational readiness for Kernel Implementations, when it comes to Organizational structure and Business Processes
- Be the 1st level Approver and Owner of changes to existing or implementation of new Business Processes within the ERP Kernel
- Coordinate escalations within IT Operation and Infrastructure Performance for the Business Segment
- Owner and CAPEX responsible of specific IT and Business Process Improvement Projects on Business Segment Level
- Be a partner in process improvement concepts and solutions, requested by operations
- Drive improvement of integrated processes between the Business Segment and plants
- Push for speedy concept solutions in all above areas within given Time and Budget frames.
