Leads affiliate Medical Department.
Recruits, manages and develops staff in the Medical Dept.
Guarantees conduct of medical and scientific activities according to all relevant regulations and SOPs.
Integrates medical and scientific insight into local, regional and global strategies, plans and tactics.
Actively partners with the Commercial Organization to promote the scientific and medical value of company‘s products.
Drives management of Key Opinion Leader, professional societies and other key customers in affiliate and is senior corporate medical representative.
Plans and allocates local Med Department resources.
Manages local execution of Clinical Development Operations programs and responsible for scientific publication plan.
Contribute to affiliate regulatory affairs when medical expertise is required.

Head of Medical Advisors
Leads Medical Advisors team in Country Office in Poland. Provides continuous high level medical/scientific support to global development operations and effectively leads support to the marketing, sales and other business functions at the country level. Mentors & coaches Medical Advisors and conducts Performance Appraisals for Medical Advisors.
Team objectives:
• Providing competent medical support for the company’s premarketing/marketing activities
• Advising the PMs/BUMs on the most suitable approach for promoting the company’s products from the medical/regulatory point of view
• Cooperating with national Key Oppinion Leaders regarding scientific aspects related to company products.
• Cooperating with Global Teams and representing country Development operations at trial and product related meetings/teleconferences.
• Assisting in resolution/resolving country specific issues in clinical trial preparation/execution
• Ensuring contact with local physicians regarding both international and local research projects.
• Assisting in preparation of high quality clinical trial documents
• Participating in selection process of clinical trial centres and investigators
• Supporting clinical trials in accordance with GCP, local laws/regulations and company strategy.
• Providing medical expertise related to register company products according to the requirements of competent HA
