Monitoring of several processes related to work of 3rd parties in order to deliver the best service to the customers. Job duties cover: DC to DC transfers, ensuring deliveries in timely manner, monitoring inbound and outbound traffic, process & investigate claims from the customers, process and manage receipt incident reports (claims for inbound), IDOC management, manage losses & gains in the warehouse, performing stock adjustments when justified and monthly stock reconciliation, approval of invoices for hauliers and warehouses, documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases. Also, support for a O2I team (Order to Invoice team = Customer Service team) in case of shortfalls and cuts, accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed, updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Site Integrated Planner at P&G Global Planning Centre. Daily routine covers short and long term planning for 6 Contract Manufacturers including duties from previous assignment. Daily monitoring and analysis of demand and forecast in the system and, if necessary, taking suitable actions. I have also become the 2nd level support (Key User) for TMS system as well as 1st level support (Power User) for STX (Shipments, Transfers, Xbox) & WO (Warehouse Operations) in SAP. Apart from daily routine I am running the following projects:
- creating new transportation lines in TMS for around 25 CMs in Beauty&Grooming category, update existing (additional 20) and supplement non-existing lines in HomeCare category, run trainings for all end users in both categories (External Supply Solutions department)
- creating Excel tools to improve the productivity of the teams. Tools mostly based on VBA and SAP scripting which should deliver solutions excluding human errors, repetitive tasks and tedious activities (formatting, downloading data from SAP, audits, reports etc)

Physical Execution/Warehouse Management planner at P&G Global Planning Centre. Daily routine covers horizontal service in External Supply Solutions department (external production for P&G) referring to planning shipments, despatches, booking receipt/production reports for around 40 Contract Manufacturers. This position also covers stock maintenance, make Wall-to-Walls (stock inventory report), ‘logic’ production, issuing goods in SAP, approving and unblocking invoices, adjusting stock, creating/tracing loads in TMS (Transportation Management System).

Obsługa w zakresie kontaktów personalnych z klientami zagranicznymi (ok 25 państw). Doradztwo w zakresie doboru gazomierzy przemysłowych, realizacji zamówień, przetargów itp. Zdobywanie nowych klientów oraz ustalanie strategii sprzedaży.
