• Working as a Major Incident and Problem Manager for BP ( British Petroleum – worldwide)
• Overseeing and co-ordination of all severity 1 and 2 Incidents for BP infrastructure and applications.
• Running incident and problem investigations, root cause analysis, post resolution meetings, technical and management conference calls, creating problems, known errors, tasks. Working with SDOs, 3-rd parties (EDS, Fujitsu, EMC, Accenture, IBM, Axon, TSMI) and in-house support groups.
• Undertaking all activities required by the ITIL Incident and Problem Management Processes.
• Providing Business and IT with the incident reports and the status communication.
• Working closely with Service Operation Managers (Business) and Service Delivery Organisations.
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports regarding incidents, occurring within the BP organisation.
