• Working as a Major Incident and Problem Manager for BP ( British Petroleum – worldwide)
• Overseeing and co-ordination of all severity 1 and 2 Incidents for BP infrastructure and applications.
• Running incident and problem investigations, root cause analysis, post resolution meetings, technical and management conference calls, creating problems, known errors, tasks. Working with SDOs, 3-rd parties (EDS, Fujitsu, EMC, Accenture, IBM, Axon, TSMI) and in-house support groups.
• Undertaking all activities required by the ITIL Incident and Problem Management Processes.
• Providing Business and IT with the incident reports and the status communication.
• Working closely with Service Operation Managers (Business) and Service Delivery Organisations.
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports regarding incidents, occurring within the BP organisation.

• Worked in ITIL-structured organisation for the one of the biggest companies in the world – BP Oil.
• Dealing with the Problem & Incident Management and infrastructure monitoring.
• Monitoring and error-reporting of over 10.000 servers and devices located all around the world.
• Dealing with the project of service’s transition from London to Krakow. Spent about 4 months in UK.
• Worked in the Smart Centre Operations room, located in the European Mega Data Centre in London.
• Acting as a single point of contact for both: Business and IT support from all over the world.
• Working with the Remedy 6.0 application, GSMS, Formula Reporting System, and many others.

• Implementing ERP, MSSQL & Delphi based, changeable, scaleable and developable system supporting accounting, warehousing and company management.
• Implementing new functionality, developing new features, reports (Crystal Reports 8-10) and forms.
• Doing remote and direct administration of the system.
• Acting as an IT project manager, coordinating project meetings.
• Acting as a help desk and 2nd line support (phone, e-mail, direct contact) for ERP system’s users
• Troubleshooting software, hardware and networking issues for our customers.
• Dealing with maintenance and administration of networks, servers and databases. (Windows Server Environment, MSSQL Server, Linux, Oracle, also some hardware issues)
• Implementing updates, doing backups and rollouts of installed software. Installing patches.
• Preparing user’s manuals and other project-specific documentation.
