At Volcano Corporation, which is an innovative company developing solutions in invasive cardiology field (IVUS,FM), I am responsible for following activities in Poland:
-Achieving division sales quota and growing Country/s market share
-Provide input to overall Europe revenue forecast
-Direct product and sales staff in the servicing accounts and customers
-Direct the advancement of revenue and market position consistent with Company goals
-Create and maintain key customer relationships across the Country
-Ensure the sales team has established solid account penetration and development of new target accounts; monitor progress on regular basis
-Interface with Marketing to quantify needs and establish new product launch plans
-Support key customer activity
-Provide support and direction to sales and product staff in achieving the objectives of the company, both in revenue growth and expense management
-Monitor product complaint issues

-effective development of sales channels
