Talent Management Officer
- Act as the first point of contact for the identified population for the incoming inquiries regarding the online Performance Management system and process
- Input, maintain and audit employees data relevant for the online Performance Management and liaise with country HR to ensure alignment and data accuracy
- Ensure identified population is informed and understand the Performance Management process and key requirements
- Ensure that changes (e.g. ongoing improvements, upgrades, changes in the process) are adopted
- Plan and organize training activities
- Train remotely identified population to the online Performance Management
- Provide guidance and client care to ensure compliance, consistency, user satisfaction and positive user experience
- Raise issues and monitor closely resolution
- Report to Global Talent Management resolution plans, activities and progress
- Assist in the continuous development and improvement of processes, continually looking for opportunities to streamline and improve internal procedures
- Perform any and all additional responsibilities assigned by the Global Performance Management Process Owner
