- Providing enrolment process for online programmes by calling, emailing prospective students in regions of Europe, Africa, Asia and Middle East
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students, discussing about interest of studying MSc, MBA and DBA programmes
- Providing with necessary information after responding to marketing campaigns: webinars and info sessions

Responsible for web-based service that provides a single integrated solution for exception item processing and dispute resolution – Visa Resolve On-Line (VROL) for Santander Bank, Cahoot (internet division of Santander UK). Including 5 weeks Visa & Master Card regulations training in Madrid, Spain.
• Reporting:
- Resolving customer queries specified by relevant KPI’s
- Day-to-day management of VROL team
- Providing reports, at agreed intervals, on performance of assigned work team
- Verification of incoming complaints for compliance with the regulations of the payment system MasterCard, VISA
- Complaint support for credit card transactions of banks associated within card issuers in the Visa and MasterCard systems
• Controlling:
- Supporting the team to achievements performance / quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
- Producing necessary aging and payment reports and pivot analysis
- Team controls, quality checks, SOX
- Cooperation with Project Managers
• Supervision:
- Motivating and coaching junior / advisor staff
- Conducting regular personal assessments
- Cooperating with VROL backup teams located in UK, Visa & Master Card customer service in UK
