Responsible for team’s (18 employees) achievement of recruitment delivery targets and KPI’s, (both quantitative and qualitative).
In charge of all aspects of team’s development, delivering an effective and efficient service in line with client expectations. Designing successful sourcing strategies, recruitment models and practices.

• Liaise with Account Directors and Management Board to develop and maintain business plans, recruitment plans and organizational structures
• Interface to HR community / Line Management / Kenexa Management
• Develop and maintain all recruitment and management reports for both client and Kenexa

• Recruit and manage team to achieve delivery targets
• Devise and deploy effective recruitment strategies

Source Channels Manager
Source Channels Manager works closely with Kenexa Recruitment Team being responsible for management of all channel activities to ensure delivery of efficient sourcing tools. EMEA Source Channels Manager acts as an advisor for Kenexa Management Team constantly analyzing sourcing data and advising on the best utilization and productivity.

• Licences Management

• Strategic planning and acting as an advisor for internal clients
• Being a point of contact for EMEA channels representatives, building and maintaining relationships
