Key duties and responsibilities:
- Business analysis and requirements gathering around custom solutions.
- Assess process- and structural issues and propose changes to management
- Plans, manages and monitors sub-projects from concepts through implementation.
- Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of projects to ensure that project implementation is on target.
- Provide support to the departments and Project Team by gathering and analyzing process flow information of corporate business processes, procedures and policies.
- Provide support to the assigned Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects from concepts through implementation.
- Study assigned projects and requirements, project delivery according to the requirements
- Test custom developed solutions, document installation instructions and manage releases to users.
- Assist in the initiation, conducting and coordinating of studies and analysis on resource allocation, and work plans are on target.
- Researches and documents organizational reviews, work-flow analysis, management and staff analysis.
- Train staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
