Innovation & Generic Frames Quality Manager - worldwide division driving development of generic products platform.
Main duties:
• Represent the quality activities in assigned Generic Development Projects to assure robustness of the design in components and complete frames.
• Assure that safety, legal and perceived quality aspects are precisely specified and fully respected.
• Monitor generic validation plans in terms of completeness.
• Perform and drive perceived quality studies.
• Drive transversalization of lessons learned and product/process know-how within Frames plants.
• Reduce Non-quality costs by variable improvement actions.
• Train up of quality community in terms of Faurecia Excellence System (problem solving, process improvements etc).

- Effective application of Quality Mangement System in conformity with Faurecia Core Procedures.
- Monitoring of quality organization and ensure appropriate skills staffing
- Implementation of variable quality methods
- Ensure full securization of special characteristics
- Implementation of Faurecia Excellence System
- Implementation of Faurecia problem solving methodology (QRCI-8D)
- Best practice sharing within NESD plants
- Drive and promote Quality culture
- Analysis of quality indicators, benchmarking & follow up
- Optimization of quality process in terms of efficiency
- Implementation of appropriate actions in case of sensitive situation (Safety&Regulation alerts)

Since the 1st of January 2011, I have started working within Division community.
(mainly Germany, Czech Republic, Holland, and currently also new plant in Russia).
Main responsibilities:
- training and supporting of plant Quality departments to implement and maintain all the Faurecia Quality Standards
- guarantee that plants use faurecia quality tools correctly to be able to deliver products meeting the customer specifications.
- performing of system and process audits within Faurecia plants (based on FES - Faurecia Excellence Systems)
- deployment quality continuous improvement methods within NESD plants.
- ensuring correct use of variable methods like 7 quality basics, securization rate, convergence plan, variability reduction (SPC).

In parallel Quality Manager (acting-since 08.2011) in our plant in Lohr, Germany.
Main responsibilities:
- managing of plant quality team
- budget preparation and execution
- optimization of quality and production processess
- building good relations to the customers
- implementation of VDA6.3, 6.5, formel Q requirements
- assuring of correct appication of Faurecia Quality tools (Faurecia Exellence System requirements)
- corrective and prevenetive actions taking

Main duties:
- new projects launch and active participation in whole APQP process (Run@Rate, PQA, feasibility study, capability study, preparation of convergance plans and fallow up).
- implementation of customer requirements based on drawings, directives, design data.
- close cooperation with desing office (program team, design, sales dep.)
- responding to customers in case of complaints (corrective action initiating and further follow up).
- PPAP presentation to customers (mainly via B2B portal but also direct presentation - VW).
Additionaly during this time:
- warranty analysis and frequent meetings with customers such as Audi, VW, Magna

Main duties:
- implementation and development of VDA6.5 requirements.
- elaboration of product audit documentation and creation of short and long term targets in order to improve our products.
- coordination of product audit realization.
- reporting of results and initiation of corrective/preventive actions.

Additionaly during this time I was very active on fallowing areas:
- process audits (based on VDA6.1, 6.3, ISO/TS16949, D/TLD).
- performing of Run@Rate, R&R analysis.
- implementation of testing equipment (Zwick machine) and development of testing methodology.

Man duties:
- supervision of production processes according to control plan.
- measurements and release of production processes (arc and spot welding, screwing, riveting, painting processes), SPC, 3D measurements, operator training.
- development of problem solving methodology on production (mainly Faurecia standard tools)
- corrective actions taking in case of non-conformity.
