Export Sales & Customer Service on European markets ( Eastern , Baltic States , Balkans and EU)
- Cooperation with Corporate Planning Dept. in planning of export production or individual planning for foreign branch
- Export orders processing incl. export documents preparation
- Assuring of proper export documentation - further to shipping instructions – certificates, declarations incl. documents signed by Polish Authorities; authorisation of documents in Embassies, etc., when required
- Cooperation with customs agencies and customs authorities (in case of export outside of EU)
- Dealing with claims
- Monitoring inventory
- Cooperation with transport companies and customs agencies
- Preparing reports of pallets
- Instructing clients on loading dates and shipments execution
- Provide professional communication with customers,
- Responsible for introducing and updating the ISO procedure
- Responsible for checking and updating cardboard pallet labels and coding on the package
- Responsible for creating and updating a list of clients in the SAP system
- participation in the implemented company projects
