In my work I am responsible for analyzing and issuing opinions about documents (agreements, memorandums, budgets, etc.), I coordinate cooperation between International Cooperation Department and Finance and Accounting Department, prepare the programs’ expenses plans and monitor their implementation, search for and find explanation and interpret the guidelines, prepare summaries and reports, cooperate in preparation of directives and regulations. I participate in internal and external meetings, correspond with foreign partners and verify and calculate costs in programs – mainly within the European Union Horizon 2020.

I ran finances, coordinated work of 3 partners, prepared periodic reports for the National Centre for Research and Development, solved appearing problems and checked eligibility of expenditures in a scientific-research project INSIGMA (Intelligent System for Global Monitoring, Detection and Identification of Threats) co-financed by the EU in the Innovative Economy National Program (http://insigma.kt.agh.edu.pl/ ). I took part in documents circulation and following the university and HR procedures and the EU regulations.
Junior Analyst Corporate Client Manager
I prepared credit applications, calculated and presented a credit rating, monitored current credit products, supervised the bank collaterals. Also liaised with the client manager and bank customers, was a part of the team that aimed in achieving of sales targets and negotiated interest rates of some deposits.
Customer Service Specialist
In corporate banking I supported client manager in sales processes, customer service, resolving customer complaints and sorting out day-to-day problems. I monitored current and credit accounts, collected fees and commissions, prepare summaries and reports for management purposes and negotiated some of the foreign exchange transactions and interest rates of some deposits.
In retail banking I participated in sales processes of deposit and credit products, gained new customers, provided service for retail and small corporate clients, made sales actions on databases of customers and prepared offers for potential clients.
