Daily process related:

- Supervision of 5 different activities within a team of 12 people.
- Control of the daily deliverables (intraday deadlines across all activities).
- Making sure daily checklists, documentation and KPI are updated and maintained on a daily basis
- Leading the migration of activities form another location to Warsaw.
- Work with Operational Risk Department on audit queries, control checks and the Operational Procedures maintanance.
- Representing team and in some cases the department on calls, conferences and meetings.
- Work with Team Leaders and Heads of the Departments on trans-department projects.

People management related:

- Workload managment based on the current situation and staff availability
- Objective, Development Plan and training setting
- People evaluation and progress tracking
- Issue resolution
- Providing feedback to the individual employees

- Supervision of a team of 8 people.

- Providing prices on all held securities to the Fund Accountants and clients
- Ensuring that client specificities are observed
- Reviewing and validating all daily pricing activities in an accurate & timely manner
- Working in cooperation with team members and shared services group to ensure seamless processing according to the fund’s policies (Corporate Action and Asset Creation)
- Supporting the production of fund Net Asset Value
- Resolving exceptions and inquiries from clients
- Taking part in cross-training sessions as well as managing the same within the team
- Supervising Junior specialists and Specialists
- Taking care of all BAU related tasks including KPI and KRI preparation
- Performing a regular check and update on all operational procedures
- Taking part in conference / monthly governance calls and taking charge of team meetings

- Providing prices on all held instruments to the Fund Accountants and clients
- Ensuring that client specificities are observed

- Working with different types of reports from Clearing Houses and clearing systems (CREST, Target2)

- Creation of payment batches
- Preparation of different kind of reports for higher management
- Reconciliation of accounting entries
- Cooperation with market specialist and Clearing Houses
- Process optimization
- New process migration

- investigating clients and transactions to detect possible money laundering activities

- analysing data derived from internal databases, the Internet and commercial databases

- preparing presentations based on the collected data

- operating under agreed business contracts, confidentiality standards and global standard policies, procedures and tools
