RANGE OF ACTIVITIES
Leading team of 5 people, who coordinated their own areas (sale, promotion, human resources etc.) and managed local AIESEC unit of around 100 people in 13 projects. Planned, managed and assured liquidity with budget 55,000 EUR.

1. AIESEC in Poland PeKao SA Most Sustainable Local Committee Award for 2010
2. Creating new process of project building, development and controlling based on main Key Performance Indicators and Management by Objectives
3. Biggest realization in International Exchange Program (main measure of success) in Poland, 5th place among 1237 Local Committees all over the world (Q1 2010), 8th place in the world in 2009.
