 Responsible for the selling of Automotive & Industrial items of the company.
 Deals with sales of Screw air compressors , Air Filtration , Automotive equipment, Tyre shop equipments, Washing equipments , ETC.
 Evaluate and suggest product and service solution inline with clients need and requirement.
 Managing and interpreting customer requirements- speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
 Coordinating with existing clients, dealers, and vendors for sales, technical queries, and after sales requirements.
 To give the presentation to prospect client and solving their all the technical queries related to product.
 Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
 Converting prospect into customers by offering good deal.
 Travelling to visit potential clients.
 Responsible for increasing the market cover of the company , awareness about the products and research for the new product for the requirement of the clients.
 Doing analysis about the competitor’s product, their cost and market share.
 Managing a good working team with healthy team work and cross functional working for customer support and maintenance.
 Familiar with international business standards, practices and procedures

 Reporting to Regional Sales Satisfaction Manager & Territory Manager
 Managing & Co ordinating with all 10 dealers across Kerala with pre-sales, sales, delivery process and post sale activities.
 Resolving customer complaints regarding sales at all dealerships across Kerala. Close tracking of open concerns and ensuring the same is being closed with highest level of satisfaction.
 Monitoring and initiating action plans to improve Sale Satisfaction Index ( SSI ) and MIP in every dealerships. Planning more innovative ideas to improve the same.
 Training and development of the manpower. Process awareness and education program started for the channel partners in line with the sales team training program.
 Assuring Process adherence and system follow up at the dealerships, by co-ordinating with the Sales Managers.
 Developing and executing focus business plans and conduct prompt reviews to initiate quick action plans.
 Develop and facilitate good team spirit and team working in the region by sharing information, guidance, coaching, encouragement and clear accountability.
 Build a good working team with healthy team work and cross functional working.
 Organize sales promotional activities along with all dealerships.
 Travelling to all dealerships every month.
