Location: Łódź, hybrid work model (1 visit per week)
Working hours: start between 7 - 10 AM (8 hours per day)

Remuneration: 18 000 - 20 000 PLN gross
Responsibilities:
Implementing and defining comprehensive workforce planning strategies to ensure the accuracy with the company's goals
Preparing data analytics and forecasts for the Business
Conducting workforce planning projects and assisting in new initiatives
Recommending improvements to workforce planning processes
Being responsible for delivering data and insights regarding jobs' architecture, organizational design, skill gap analysis, location strategy and others for the HR/Talent teams
Cooperating directly with HR, Finance and other departments
Monitoring trends and technologies in workforce planning
Being an expert for workforce planning matters
Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in workforce planning/strategic HR
University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar)
Understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with workforce planning tools and software
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Power BI
