As a Finance graduate at MMP you will quickly develop to become a Finance expert! 

In 24 months’time you will be prepared for the next career step within MMP. During the development program, you are going to work within financial areas:

• I stage (3 months) – MMP Premium Poland in Bydgoszcz – introduction to Printing Business
• II stage (9 months) – MM Premium Vienna in Controlling department
• III stage (9 months) – MM Premium Viena in Corporate Accounting
• IV stage – MM Premium Viena - as team member in Finance department (controlling or corporate accounting)
• V stage – after total 4 years  - can be back to Poland, stay in Vienna, another country – depend on you!

Your Profile

As a future leader at MM, you have to show that you can deliver high-quality results even under time pressure. What enables you to do this?

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
• You have a university degree in finance, controlling, economy
• You have ideally gained 1 to 2 years of initial work experience, e.g. through internships, ideally in a consulting or production company
• You have very good IT skills (MS-Office), especially in MS Excel and you have a good understanding of IT processes 
• You have excellent communication skills in English (C-Level) and a good command of German as well as strong interpersonal and social skills 
• You are willing to relocate to Austria (e.g. Vienna) for a couple of years or permanently
