Project information:

• Location: Katowice (hybrid model of work; 1 day in a week from the office, 4 days from home)
• Project language: English
• Remuneration: 190 - 210 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
• Start date: ASAP

Your daily tasks:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) environments, including components like TEPS, TEMS, and associated databases.
• Developing and configuring monitoring agents and alerts for various IT systems and applications to ensure continuous availability and performance.
• Optimizing the performance of Tivoli Monitoring environments through tuning and adjustment of configurations to meet business requirements.
• Integrating Tivoli Monitoring with other tools.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to monitoring systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient recovery of services.
• Performing version upgrades and applying patches to the Tivoli Monitoring environment to keep the system secure and up-to-date.
• Generating regular reports on system performance and availability, and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
