Senior Technical Specialist

Job Tasks:

  • Provide pre- and after - sales expert technical support to customers, ensuring product satisfaction through accurate guidance on specifications and applications
  • Oversee the application process on-site, ensuring correct product usage and adherence to technical guidelines
  • Recommend the best product solutions
  • Address technical inquiries and manage customer complaints promptly, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
  • Execute product trials, trainings and demonstrations for clients
  • Collaborate with the R&D team, participating in the testing and application promotion of new adhesive product
  • Develop deep insights into current and potential customers, as well as market needs and requirement

Requirements:

  • University degree (such as chemical engineering or materials engineering)
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the hygiene hotmelt adhesive industry or other hotmelt adhesive industries, such as end-of-line packaging industry
  • Knowledge of adhesives, production lines, glue applicators is an advantage
  • Very good level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for business
