Project scope:

Develop custom ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs
Utilize the ServiceNow scripting framework to automate processes and enhance functionality
Configure and customize the ServiceNow portal customer requirements
Develop and maintain portal widgets to extend portal functionalities
Collaborate with business analysts and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues to ensure optimal platform performance
Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
Document developed work for future reference and maintenance

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Proven experience in ServiceNow scripting
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow application development lifecycle
Experience in customizing the ServiceNow portal and developing portal widgets
Solid knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, web services) and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code
Fluent English

Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
