Senior Project Finance Manager (m/f/d) Poland

Responsibilities

• Identify banks and customers for our projects and negotiate competitive term sheets
• Negotiate contracts for the respective financings (debt and equity) with banks and investors
• Create business opportunities including PPAs
• Support the project development activities of our team
• Structure portfolios of wind and solar projects
• Support the team in bidding processes
• Work in interdisciplinary and international teams

Qualifications

• An academic degree in Economics/Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in project finance
• Professional experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales contracts
• A sound understanding of working with Cash-Flow-Models
• First experiences with renewable energy projects and/or electricity contracting
• Business fluent in English; German and in particular Polish are of advantage
• Skilful negotiator, work independently, think entrepreneurially and are a team player
