Responsibilities:

Arrange financing (debt and equity) with investors and banks for wind, solar, and battery storage projects
Identify customers for our projects, negotiate agreements, and conclude agreements
Create business opportunities including PPAs and co-operations
Support the project development activities of our team
Structure portfolios of wind and solar projects
Support the team in bidding processes
Work in interdisciplinary and international teams

Qualifications:

Academic degree in Economics / Business Administration or similar
Several years of professional experience in structured finance or M&A
First professional experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales contracts
Business fluency in English, other languages are of advantage
Preferably you have gathered first experiences with renewable energy projects or have a strong personal interest in joining this field
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills
