Senior IT Recruitment Specialist

Do you have experience with IT recruitment, and would you like to draw on your experience in a company that belongs to reputable IT service providers? 

Right now, we are expanding our internal HR team in Poland. 

We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world, loves to communicate with people, is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.

What will you do?

• searching for potential candidates (LinkedIn, Xing, or other portals)
• conducting telephone and personal interviews with potential candidates in Polish or in English/German languages
• updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (LinkedIn) 
• placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
• drawing up reports at regular intervals
• the Recruiter will be part of the Polish recruiter team
• experience in leading a team is an advantage

What do we expect from you?

• experience with HR recruiting of at least 5 years (mainly IT positions)
• education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
• English – upper-intermediate (B2), German –  an advantage
