Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Node.js and Typescript
Work on integrating SAP systems for seamless bidirectional data synchronization
Collaborate with the team using Kanban methodology to ensure timely delivery
Implement ETL processes and manage large data ingestions or processing.
Ensure smooth operations of the system by leveraging tools like Kafka for event streaming
Monitor, log, and maintain the system using tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, and Grafana

Technical Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer, with expertise in NodeJS and Typescript
Experience with ETL development is a strong plus
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred, though AWS or Azure experience is also accepted
Familiarity with Kafka or other event-streaming tools
Strong understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience working with large data ingestions or processing large quantities of data is a big plus
Proficiency with logging and monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, or Grafana
