Project scope:

Develop and execute SAP S/4HANA migration strategies and plans
Ensure high data quality by categorizing and assessing data for migration
Lead data cleansing and transformation activities
Design, coordinate, and manage data loading programs and tools
Oversee migration cycles, including blackout and cutover phases
Monitor data migration and proactively manage any risks
Collaborate closely with clients in defining project scopes through workshops, design, and estimations

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem
Strong expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (ABAP OO)
Extensive experience with data migration, particularly through SAP Migration Cockpit
Practical knowledge of the ETL process including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation
Experience in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA migration (Greenfield type)
Proven experience in collaborating with clients to define project scope and execution
Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

Experience with Brownfield migrations to S/4HANA
Previous experience in creating client proposals
