On this role you will be in charge of:

• Coordination of retail work activities with a focus on Area Managers; regular meetings
• Management of retail activities in Polish market
• Cooperation with HR and Marketing team

• Ensure the growth of comparable sales in the store network
• Ensure the setting up of KPIs in order to create an incentive action plan for regions/stores
• Monitoring goals (turnovers), finding, proposing and applying resources specific to each business to increase turnover, preparing an action plan
• Responsibility for the implementation of specific projects at the store level
• Participation in store opening/closing/relocation planning
• Supervision of the opening and reconstruction of stores, control of subordinate activities
• Ensuring the application of merchandising in accordance with the company philosophy, checking compliance with brand standards

Franchising

• Providing advice to existing business partners
• Presenting the franchising project and providing information to potential business partners
• Supervision of compliance with the franchise agreement
• Developing and supportive action plan for business partners in difficulty

What do we expect?:

• Min. 5 years of experience in Retail Managerial role
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, good analytical skills
• Management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (advance English)
• Polish language at fluent level
