Project Manager (Wind Farm)

Currently, for our client, we are looking for Project Manager.

 

Project information:

  • Type of project: Wind Farm
  • Location: Warsaw
  • Languages: English
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating in the identification of sites for the construction of wind farms
  • Reporting on project progress, achievement of targets
  • Preparation of budget
  • Negotiations with land owners
  • Coordinating teams at every stage of the project
  • Managing projects at every stage
  • Supervision during construction
  • Maintaining relationships with authorities and subcontractors, landowners

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management in RES
  • Knowledge of construction, energy, environmental law
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Understanding of processes (permitting, financial, legal, commercial)
  • Negotiation skills, ability to work under time pressure
