Mowi Poland is a part of a Norwegian company MOWI ASA.

At Mowi, we specialize in salmon and seafood processing. We owe our multinational success to an uncompromising approach towards the quality and freshness of our products. Mowi is years of experience and openness to new solutions. It’s respect of the ocean and its gifts. Thanks to this perspective, we are the current world leader in salmon processing and our meals with seafood are delicious and healthy.

Mowi has operated in Poland for a few years now. We have 9 production plants in two localizations: Duninowo and Lębork. Our production plant in Duninowo near Ustka is one of the largest and most modern fish processing plants in the world. Here, we produce the majority of 200 000 tons of products, which can be purchased on four continents. Business Support Center as well as marketing, IT, and sales departments are located in our Gdańsk branch.

Of course, Mowi wouldn’t exsist without its’ people. In Poland we employ over 4000 people, and over 12 200 people work in Mowi across 25 countries. We are a determined and passionate team. Your responsibilities

• Managing the team,
• Developing people and builing succession,
• A leader within the business and category,
• Long term product portfolio strategy builder and executor,
• Full end-to-end Products Lifecycle accountability,
• Creating product roadmaps based on market insights and consumer needs,
• Supervising the development of products,
• Continuous improvement in product category profitability,
• Managing private label brands.
