P2P Accountant with Spanish or Italian

Our customer is the leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. We're looking for an Accountant experienced in AP/P2P processing and fluent in one of the following languages: Spanish or Italian.

 

Project information:

  • Industry: Manufacturing
  • Type of project: Accounting
  • Location: Kraków, hybrid work model (2 days in the office per week)
  • Type of employment: contract of employment or B2B
  • Working hours: Mon-Fr (8 hours per day), start between 7:00-9:00 AM
  • Remuneration: 8500 - 100000 PLN gross
  • Level: Mid
  • Contract length: long-term
  • Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate"s availability)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and cofirming payments
  • Generating payment runs
  • Managing intercompany process
  • Reconilling of bank statements and bank accounts
  • Preparing reports and forecasts
  • Resolving issues related to payments or invoices
  • Responding to queries from suppliers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in P2P/Accounts Payable processing
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Good command of English and one of the following languages: Spanish or Italian (min. B2 level)
  • Experience in working for Spanish or Italian client (nice to have)
  • Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
