Line Manager (m/f/d)
for our blueberry packing plant

Your tasks

  • Leading and motivating a team of 5-10 people on the production line
  • Efficient deployment of employees on the production line
  • Monitoring and controling of produced qualities
  • Operation and maintenance of the machines on the production line
  • Active participation in the production
  • Adherence to our high quality and hygiene standards
  • Adherence to standardized processes

Your profile

  • Affinity for fresh fruit
  • Talent in motivating and leading a small team
  • You keep calm in hectic situations
  • High level of initiative and hands-on qualities
  • Experience in a similar function
  • Language: ability to communicate in German or English
  • Willingness to work in shifts also on weekends
